About REALBAG

REALBAG LTD is a luxury resale retailer operating on a consignment basis. We accept items from their owners for sale and sell them to customers in our own name.

Who Is the Seller?

Your purchase contract is with REALBAG LTD. We are the contractual seller and are responsible for fulfilling your order, arranging authentication and delivery, providing customer support, and handling returns and refunds. Our arrangements with the owners who consign items to us do not limit your rights against REALBAG LTD.

Orders

All products are subject to availability.

After an order is submitted, REALBAG may need to confirm availability, collect the item from the seller, complete authentication procedures and verify the payment.

If an item cannot be supplied or does not successfully complete the required authentication process, the applicable order will be cancelled and the amount paid for that item will be refunded.

Prices

Product prices and any compulsory delivery charges or other amounts collected by REALBAG will be displayed before payment.

Payments

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may depend on the customer’s country, currency, order value and transaction type.

Authentication

REALBAG operates authentication procedures for luxury items offered through the platform.
Where physical authentication is required after an order is placed, the item will not be dispatched until the required verification has been completed.

Delivery

Estimated processing, authentication and delivery times are provided in our Delivery Policy.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy together with any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the transaction.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
