Free shipping
Free international shipping on orders over £300. Threshold is calculated on the final merchandise total after discounts, excluding duties/taxes. Oversize/heavy items or remote‑area surcharges may be excluded; exact eligibility is shown at checkout.
Rates
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, service level, weight, and dimensions. Economy and Express options may be available for selected countries.
Duties & taxes
Import duties, VAT/GST, and local fees may apply per the destination country’s rules. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are payable by the recipient upon delivery. Customs processing can extend delivery times.
Tracking & delivery conditions
A tracking number and link are provided for every shipment. Most carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes; please provide a full physical address and contact phone number. Certain product categories may be restricted by local laws or airline regulations. Address changes & undeliverable parcels Address updates are possible before dispatch—contact support as soon as possible. If delivery fails (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable, refusal to pay duties), the parcel may be returned. Reshipping costs are charged separately.
