Step-by-step

1. List your item
• Sign in or create an account in the Realbag app or on the website.
• Create a listing: fill in all fields—brand, model, size/measurements, condition, what’s included (box, dust bag, receipt), and any flaws.
• Photos: upload clear, well-lit images (front, back, corners, hardware, interior, labels/serials).
• Price: set a fair asking price; we’ll suggest a range based on market data. Tip: Accurate descriptions and crisp photos help items sell faster and reduce questions.

2. Compliance and authentication
• After a quick compliance check, our manager will contact you to confirm deal terms, pickup, and authentication.
• We arrange collection and perform expert authentication.
• Once approved, your item is published and visible to buyers. Tip: Keep notifications on so you don’t miss scheduling or approval updates.

3. Track delivery to the buyer
• Monitor sale status and shipment progress in your account dashboard.
• We use prepaid, insured labels and trusted carriers.
• Keep your drop-off receipt until delivery is confirmed. Tip: If a carrier needs extra info, we’ll notify you in the app and by email.

4. Get paid
• Add your bank account and identification details in Account → Payouts (find them in your online banking).
• After delivery is confirmed and no claims are raised, we trigger a fast, secure payout. Tip: Ensure the account holder name matches your profile to avoid delays.

Good to know
• Fees and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm the deal.
• You can edit price and details until the item is sent for authentication.
• All key updates are shared via in‑app notifications and email.
