Returns
A return is only possible if the REALBag tag remains intact and undamaged. It must stay attached to the item exactly as received, with no signs of removal or tampering.
Return procedure:
– Contact our support team to initiate a return. State the reason and confirm the REALBag tag is still on the item.
– Prepare the item in its original packaging, including all accessories (if any).
– Send the item back to the address of our service center provided to you.
